Marco Cardelli, HCL Products & Platforms - Marco Cardelli is currently part of the Workload Automation Offering Manager team. Marco has been working with IBM since 1990 and on IBM Workload Scheduler for z/OS since 1995. During the years spent in the development team Marco has been working on the design and the implementation of many features of IBM Workload Scheduler for z/OS, such as, Workload Service Assurance, zCentric end-to-end, Run Cycle groups and Remote Hot Standby. Since January 2017 he left the development team and joined the Workload Automation Product Management team at HCL and is responsible both for the distributed and the mainframe products. Domenico D’Alterio, IBM Offering Manager focused on IBM Z Automation and Scheduling products. He is responsible for product strategy and direction as well as market success of IBM System Automation for z/OS, IBM Tivoli NetView for z/OS, IBM Z Service Automation Suite and IBM Z Workload Scheduler offerings. Prior to his current role, Domenico covered different managerial positions in IBM Development and Customer support organization as well as the role of Offering Manager of Z Analytics products, Domenico joined IBM in 1999. Starting as designer, moved to a managerial role in 2006, acting as Development and Customer Support manager in the former Tivoli division of IBM. He graduated in Electronic Engineering, in Italy.
