​IBM Z Workload Scheduler is the IBM Z offering that allow you to manage and automate batch execution across your enterprise, including applications running on mainframe, distributed platforms as well as on cloud and in containers. Dynamic Workload Console is a user-friendly Web UI available with the product (strongly improved in v 9.5), that provides end-to-end visibility and control on the batch plan and execution. Embedded predictive scheduling and what-if simulation are key feature of the product to keep under control SLA deadlines in despite of un-predictable workload and events. ​

IBM Z Workload Scheduler v 9.5 introduces strong improvements to optimize workload execution as well as it enables batch resources prompt analytics leveraging the out of the box integration with IBM Common Data Provider for z Systems to stream workload automation data to the most commonly used analytic platforms (Splunk and Elastic Stack).  ​

Jerry Sood, HCL Worldwide Sales Director for IBM Workload Automation. He is comfortable working with C level executives and LOB leaders. He has long standing relationships within IBM at all levels and knows how to get things done. He is involved in creating and sustaining the Users Groups for Tivoli Products. ​

Marco Cardelli, HCL Products & Platforms - Marco Cardelli is currently part of the Workload Automation Offering Manager team. Marco has been working with IBM since 1990 and on IBM Workload Scheduler for z/OS since 1995. During the years spent in the development team Marco has been working on the design and the implementation of many features of IBM Workload Scheduler for z/OS, such as, Workload Service Assurance, zCentric end-to-end, Run Cycle groups and Remote Hot Standby. Since January 2017 he left the development team and joined the Workload Automation Product Management team at HCL and is responsible both for the distributed and the mainframe products.

Domenico D’Alterio, IBM Offering Manager focused on IBM Z Automation and Scheduling products. He is responsible for product strategy and direction as well as market success of IBM System Automation for z/OS, IBM Tivoli NetView for z/OS, IBM Z Service Automation Suite and IBM Z Workload Scheduler offerings.

Prior to his current role, Domenico covered different managerial positions in IBM Development and Customer support organization as well as the role of Offering Manager of Z Analytics products, Domenico joined IBM in 1999. Starting as designer, moved to a managerial role in 2006, acting as Development and Customer Support manager in the former Tivoli division of IBM. He graduated in Electronic Engineering, in Italy.
