Intelligent workload automation (WLA) to complete your robotic process automation (RPA) journey

Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning are developing and influencing automation solution of organizations, and is being identified as the main key factors to start new journeys towards digital transformation. RPA solutions are a starting point for this journey!

Depending on the particular product adopted, logic can be added by scripting languages. Though useful for specific process automation, it maintains the origin of “GUI automatic test” approach, where actions made by a human are simulated. 
 
RPA is so limited and best suited to high-volume workloads that do not need decision-making logics. For a proper end-to-end, advanced intelligent management of the workload batch execution and proper SLA control, a Workload Automation (WLA) solution must be considered. 
 
WLA solutions provide intelligent automation capabilities and benefits to your business, key factors for the success of the organization. 
 
Concerning operations, auditing, SLA control, regulatory compliance, WLA is a much more mature solution than the built-in RPA solutions. 
 
With WLA, organizations can have proper end-to-end control and orchestration of the business running across multiple applications, optimizing and increasing efficiency, with proper visibility of the SLA focusing more on the business outcome and proactive monitoring.  
 
WLA is essential to gain proper visibility of the business and to become proactive in managing the SLA and the critical path of the business, leveraging deep analytics included in the WLA offerings.
